Moving through multiple seasons of life simultaneously

How do you know? Based upon the emotions you allow yourself to move through and process.

While feeling resistence, don't retreat, choose consciously, watch what is asked to be cleared. This is pure contrast to expose what is part of an old identity and still lives inside you.

You only grow your emotional capacity, when you are asked to grow. It may feel like the universe tests you. The universe doesn't test.

Your soul knows what allows you to grow. Gently and patiently, your soul invites you to your path to your unique authentic truth.

Identity only exist through difference. Life brings experiences that don't match your intention, so you can choose to move into your grandest evolution.

You don't grow by avoiding the opposite. Let's rebuild steadiness within yourself. Define your truth, grow and rebuild trust within yourself.

Rebuild safety within, so you can truly be who you say you are while you train to stay with yourself without self-abandoning or rejecting.

During the day, become aware in which occasions you feel the need to abandon yourself, put your needs aside, make yourself smaller to adjust to what you perceive is playing out.
