Proud to have had a great group join me today for the MURPH, a “Hero WOD” traditionally done on American Memorial Day, a day of remembrance for service members who gave the ultimate sacrifice. It honors Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, aged 29, of Patchogue, New York, who was killed in Afghanistan on 28th June, 2005. Everyone did an amazing job and it was great to workout alongside family, friends and Functional Fitness Park Side members.
