Hello my wonderful yogis, hope you are all well.
So if you have been waiting for some great news , the wait is over 😀...

GOLDY YOGA studio will open next Monday, 11/05/20 🎉🎉🎉 😀.

The Golden 3 Challenge is starting also on Monday, so if you are taking part in it make sure to plan your classes for the week or if possible for the next 3 weeks.
The Challenge will end on 31/05/20.

Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entry of the studio, I’ll give my best to provide you with reusable face masks that you can take with you and wash it after use, but bringing your own one is also welcome.
All mats will be cleaned after use, but bringing your own mat is advisable. If you do not own one you can use a mat size towel.

We will start with groups of maximum 5 people per class for the normal classes and for the Hot Yoga maximum of 4. So make sure to book your classes in advance.

The class schedule will be as normal. Online classes will be still available for those of you that can’t visit the studio 😉.

Evening Yogis, another week is over. I guess for most of you (like me 🙂) weeks and days has blended into one and can’t wait for life to go back to normal.
