Criminal drivers at mytransfers.com:
On the evening of September 29, we were maliciously robbed by a driver employed by mytransfers at the end of our transport from Cancun to Tulum (diving equipment worth ap-proximately $8,000).
Unfortunately, we didn't notice the theft until a few minutes after the driver had already driven away.
Although we contacted mytransfers immediately, they showed no interest in the case what-soever. They simply gave us the thief's phone number, +52 998 393 0012, and that was it. Impossible to locate the thief with this data.
The police informed us that sometimes taxi companies work directly with thieving taxi drivers and profit from the theft. Why not at mytransfers too? Her behavior is very suspi-cious!
