"On January 18th, I had the honor of accepting an invitation from the Hungarian Football Federation. The audience mainly comprised the coaching staff of the junior national teams, including over 20 attendees such as Dr. Róbert Barczi, Director of Sports, Németh Antal, Head of the Men's Department, and Dorka Dénes, Head of the Women's Department, along with some members of the staff under the guidance of Head Coach Marco Rossi. Prior to addressing this esteemed delegation, I had the opportunity to present the successful work of the Swiss football youth national teams. Emphasis was placed on the structure of our national teams, scouting practices, the Swiss game model, and the fruitful collaboration between the federation and our Swiss clubs. The recent accomplishments of the Swiss national teams have garnered significant interest and admiration beyond our national borders. I extend a special thank you to Dr. Róbert Barczi and Németh Antal for the invitation and the trust bestowed upon me.
