Independent Electronic Sports is proud to join forces with Academy to create the first in-person training hub dedicated to esports in Italy. This collaboration marks a pivotal moment in the Italian esports landscape, paving the way for the development and dissemination of Italian know-how on an international level.

Independent Electronic Sports, based in Switzerland, is a leading authority in strategic consulting, training, and research in the esports sector. Founded after over 10 years of experience in esports, it has established a global network of contacts, positioning itself as a primary driver of industry growth.

Training Academy is a cutting-edge training facility with expert instructors and programs recognized by the Lazio Region, operating throughout Italy. Certified by the National Agency of the European Commission, Training Academy stands out for the quality of its training courses and its ability to meet the demands of the job market.

The collaboration between Independent Electronic Sports and Training Academy will also involve the Italian Esports Association, a non-profit organization founded in Rome in July 2023, which promotes electronic sports in Italy. Thanks to its membership in the Esports World Federation and the World Esports Consortium, as well as bilateral agreements with numerous esports federations, the Italian Esports Association has quickly become a key player in Italy's competitive video gaming culture. It will be the first national organization to join the training network promoted by the partnership between Independent Electronic Sports and Training Academy.

In practice, the partnership signed today will establish in-person training schools for esports athletes and technicians across the 9 Italian locations of Training Academy, addressing the growing needs of all sector stakeholders. We are proud to announce this initiative, which will significantly contribute to the development of esports in Italy and foster international collaboration with numerous partners.
