d each every exercise can be adjusted to the individual’s needs. Never think you cannot do it, don’t feel shy to work-out in front of the others, at the end it’s only about you! So just come and spend some active funky moments with us! We can guarantee YOU will feel Stronger, Fitter, Happier and mostly you are gonna Be-More! Bootcamp is done outside in any kind of weather condition, in case of truly unfavourable Mother-Nature acts the class might be cancelled.
