Rainer creates spaces where music and movement invite people to reconnect with their bodies and authentic expression. Inspired by playful movement and embodied awareness, he encourages everyone to discover their own rhythm, explore freely, and experience the joy of movement in a supportive community.

We love to move — through AcroYoga, partner acrobatics and handstands, but also through all the little things that make our bodies feel alive and inspired. Throughout the weekend you’ll find space for many different movement practices: from calisthenics to hula hooping, dancing, flow arts, connection and playful exploration.

Meet Monika — performer, teacher, photographer, mother, and one of the hearts behind Swiss Acro Summer Breeze.
Living a colorful circus life, she has spent the last 20+ years sharing her passion for movement all around the world — from AcroYoga and partner acrobatics to aerial arts, yoga, and community projects.

What inspires her most is bringing people together through movement, connection, creativity, and play. Whether teaching, performing, organizing festivals, or simply sharing a moment upside down, Monika believes in creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, inspired, and free to grow.

Together with Cate, she co-organizes Swiss Acro Summer Breeze with a vision of building a warm, inclusive, family-like festival full of movement, laughter, learning, and beautiful human connection.

Founder, Organizer and Teacher
Cate is the founder of Swiss AcroFest. She has organized the festival with different co-organizers since 2014.

Beside creating, hosting and organizing the festival she loves share her knowledge in different classes from creative yoga to Acroyoga flows. Humor and challenges are part of her classes and the eye for the detail is never missing.

To work as a therapist sparkles a lot of joy in her life. So this facet has an influence on her teaching and moving through life.
