🚨 Final Course Update 🚨
After the first measurement we will be shortening the swim to 750 metres in accordance with Swiss Triathlon safety guidance. The official water temperature will be measured and communicated one hour prior the start.
🕗 Race Start Time: 8:08 a.m. with a rolling swim start.

Please follow the guidance shared in Friday’s email regarding swimming in cooler temperatures:
🧣 Consider extra cold weather gear (neoprene, booties, additional swim cap).
🧘♂️ Ensure a proper warm-up before the swim.
🌬 Ease into the swim, focusing on your breathing as you settle into a sustainable pace.
