Wir waren letztes Jahr tatsächlich noch mal schiessen, und zwar am 31.12, auf dem Heimweg aus unserem Tessin Urlaub.
Kurz vor dem Gotthard die Ausfahrt nach Quinto genommen und eine (sehr)kleine Runde auf dem wundervollen Parcours von .
Leider waren wir so spät dran, das nach 1/3 die Sonne unterging.
Aber wir kommen wieder, und dann machen wir die ganze Runde, und finden vielleicht sogar die Pfeile, die im Schnee verloren gingen.

We actually went shooting at the end of last year (31.12.2022) on the way home from our holiday in Ticino.
Just before the Gotthard, we took the exit to Quinto and did a (very) small round on the wonderful Parcours of .
Unfortunately we were so late that the sun set after 1/3.
But we'll be back, and then we'll do the whole round, and maybe even find the arrows that got lost in the snow.

Hier war es leider sehr lange Still.
Beruflich und Privat viele Dinge um die Ohren gehabt, und keine Zeit gehabt zum schiessen.
Und euch wollte ich nicht mit Reposts von altem Material auf die nerven gehen
Aber der Ausflug nach und die Runde auf der haben mir wieder gezeigt, wie wichtig mir dieses hobby ist.
Bewegung, Stressabbau, Fokussierung und tolle Gesellschaft.
Daher werd ich jetzt wieder öfter gehen.

Unfortunately it was quiet here for a long time.
I had a lot of things to do at work and in my private life, so I didn't have time for Archery
And I didn't want to reposts old material.
But the trip to and the round on the have shown me again how important this hobby is to me.
Exercise, stress relief, focus and great company.
That's why I'm going to go more often now.

BSC Final Target…Was für ein toller und liebevoller Parcours
Da fehlen mir wirklich die Worte!
Jeder der schonmal dort war, weiss was ich meine, und jeder der noch nicht dort war, sollte dies unbedingt ändern!

Dass sich mit seinen Klebern überall verewigt wusste ich ja, aber sein eigener Bogenständer, das war mir neu 😂

Der Rote Parcours des Gasthof Strub (schade haben sie keine Social Media Account)
Die für mich schönere Runde,auch wenn der Anstieg in Richtung Labe es wirklich in sich hat.
Dafür wird man dann mit einem phänomenalen Weitschuss belohnt, danach arbeitet man sich gemütlich von Ziel zu Ziel immer weiter runter.
Fazit: Fordernd was die Kondition angeht, aber auch bei einigen Schüssen.
Landschaftlich der Wahnsinn.
Ich komme immer wieder gerne

The red pacourse of the Gasthof Strub (pity they don't have a social media account).
The nicer one for me, even if the climb towards „Labe station“ is really tough.
But then you are rewarded with a phenomenal long shot, after which you work your way comfortably down from target to target.
Conclusion: Demanding as far as fitness is concerned, but also for some shots.
The scenery is amazing.
I always like to come back

Seid dem Frühling laufe ich die Parcoures wenn möglich in Barfussschuhen.
Dieses mal hatte ich meinen dabei,und ich war mega Happy.
Zum einen über den kühlen Bach am ende des Parcours aber auch über das Gefühl beim laufen.
Die beiden Parcours des Gasthof Strub in Waidring haben es wirklich in sich was das Laufen angeht.
Von weichen Moosbewachsenen Waldboden, bis zu steinigen Passagen die fast schon Alpin wirken (zumindest bei meiner Kondition). Aber ich hatte nicht einmal das Gefühl die falschen Schuhe zu tragen. Ja man muss bewusster Laufen, man muss konzentrierter laufen, aber am Ende ging es mir besser, als all die Male an denen ich die schweren Wanderschuhe trug.
Wie sind eure Erfahrungen mit Barfussschuhen auf dem Parcours ?

Since spring I've been walking the Parcours in barefoot shoes whenever possible.
This time I had my with me, and I was mega happy.
On the one hand about the cold stream at the end of the Parcours but also about the feeling while walking.
The two Parcours at Gasthof Strub in Waidring are really challenging in terms of walking.
From soft mossy forest floors to stony passages that almost seem alpine (at least with my condition). But I didn't even have the feeling that I was wearing the wrong shoes. Yes, you have to walk more consciously, you have to walk more concentrated, but in the end I felt better than all the times I wore the heavy hiking shoes.
What are your experiences with barefoot shoes on the course?

Es war einige Zeit still auf diesem Kanal, da mich das normal Leben, so wie die Hitze, einfach vom Bogenschiessen abhielten.
Und da ich ungern immer wieder die gleichen Bilder/Videos posten möchte, gab es einfach nichts was ich mit euch Teilen konnte.
Aber das wird sich jetzt wieder ändern!
Denn und ich sind wieder mal auf Bogenurlaub.

It's been quiet on this channel for some time as normal life, as well as the heat, just kept me away from archery.
And since I don't like to post the same pictures/videos over and over again, there was just nothing I could share with you.
But that will change now!

Heute einmal wieder auf dem Parcours auf dem alles Anfing
Der Bogenparcours in Eichenberg, Vorarlberg, hoch über Bregenz und dem Bodensee
Nach dem eher negativen Erlebnis von letzten Samstag (schlecht geschossen), hieß es heute „Schussablauf, Haltung, Atmung“
„Zielen“ war Nebensache.
Und ich bin sehr zu frieden.
Nur wenige Male 2 oder mehr Pfeile gebraucht, und auch wenn nur wenige im Kill landet, lagen alle zumindest wenige Zentimeter vom Aussenkill entfernt.
Wenn das so weiter geht, trau ich mich in 3 Jahre auf mein erstes Turnier 😂

Today once again on the parcourse where it all began
The bowtrail in Eichenberg, Vorarlberg, high above Bregenz and Lake Constance.
After the rather negative experience of last Saturday (bad shooting), today it was all about "shooting sequence, posture, breathing".
"Aiming" was a secondary matter.
And I am very satisfied.
Only needed 2 or more arrows a few times, and even if only a few landed in the kill, all were at least a few centimetres away from the outside kill.
If it continues like this, I'll dare to go to my first tournament in 3 years 😂
