Todays squat was dope 😍
Trying to put on as much strength as possible.

Currently weighing 96kg and i look s**t as i am eating hell lot of calories. I have never felt so strong ever

Squatting like there is no tommorow. My PR being 160kg.

Focussing more on squats, bench press and deadlifts to gain max strength during this entire bulk 😍

Currently weighing 98 kgs so far the bulking is going great. Eating 8 meals a day with 3700 Calories. Hoping to gain as much muscle mass as possible until i start my cut.
My goal during my cut will be reach 85 kgs 😍😎🤪

My current Training split is Legs, Pull, Push and Rest. These days i am putting greater emphasis on my rest days, sleep and hydration

i have never ever been so excited for leg days especially after the gyms have opened this year. Earlier i was excited for push days 😅😅

The best way to increase grip strength and increase size of forearms is dont wear gloves 😁

For deadlifts you can use chalk or maybe use straps
