Here is a chocolate protein bar I served my tough boot camp ladies. It was a little decadent, but they deserved it!
Chocolate Protein Bars (Cake)
1 cup oat flour (I have heard you can buy oat flour at the store, but I havent found it. I just try to grind it up as much as possible with my immersion blender—or you could again use another flour like spelt, buckwheat or flaxseed).
2 eggs
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
½ cup stevia (I used „birken zucker“ that i got at the reformhaus)
½ cup baking soda
¼ tsp salt
150g fat free plain yoghurt (you can use any yoghurt)
2 heaping tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp baking cocoa
4 tbsp water
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together in medium sized bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
Spread batter in a 9x9 in pan. Bake 25-30 min. You can use a 13x9, they will just be flatter and need less time to bake.
