We can’t even begin to thank all of the people that came together for this one. The new IQ Comfort range is a culmination of an incredible amount of knowledge, creativity, and careers-worth of industry relationships and know-how. Why, you ask? Everyone knows that Dissent already makes the best, most technical, and most elite performance socks on the planet, so why bother?
We wanted to create something that would check ALL of the boxes, for as many people as possible. Elite, but not elitist. Perfomance socks that everyone should have at the base of their sock pyramid. Easy to install (yes, we know our GFX socks can be a little bit next-level for some days out, sorry-not-sorry!). Thermoregulating and anti-odor properties of Merino. Non-toxic, ultimate softness from TENCEL (and NOT from the viscose process). A durable exoskeleton knitted seamlessly (and unnoticeably) in high-wear areas. A deliberate focus on low-CO2 production (wind, solar, heat-recovery, waste water management, localized USA production, minimized transport inputs). Multiple ergonomic padding styles for a variety of preferences and bootfits. And heck, while we were at it, we added some colors (now laundry day can be easy!).
There is so much to tell, but just like your GFX and IQ Fit socks, the only way to really understand is to put them on your feet, and get them out into the wild.
