🇮🇹BASTA FARE QUESTI ERRORI!
Primo errore: aver fretta di vincere il punto, nel tennis ci vuole pazienza! Dai tempo anche all’avversario di sbagliare.
Secondo errore: cercare di fare solo “colpi spettacolari” .. non tutti i punti devono essere da fenomeni. Spesso una tattica semplice fa vincere più punti.
Terzo errore: arrabbiarsi troppo in fretta.. ogni volta che mostri la tua frustrazione stai regalando al tuo avversario fiducia. Invece cerca di tenere la concentrazione per il prossimo punto!

🇬🇧STOP MAKING THESE MISTAKES!
Mistake 1: Rushing to win the point, tennis is about patience! Give your opponent time to make a mistake instead of always forcing the point.
Mistake 2: Trying to hit only “cool shots”… not every point needs to be highlight!!! Sometimes simple tactics will win more points.
Mistake 3: Getting mad too quickly.. every time you get frustrated you are gifting your opponent confidence.. instead stay focused on the next point!

🇬🇧 Here are 3 Classic serve mistakes and how to fix them:

1. Your tossing arm is NOT straight, and the ball goes everywhere. Instead, keep your arm straight and make the toss slower. Repeat it until your toss is consistent. This will make a big difference in your serve!

2. Never move your foot in the front, NEVER!! It has to be fixed on the ground!!

3. Do not bend your knees to help you toss the ball - instead when the ball leaves your hand start to bend your knees to generate more power (if you are just staring out, dont use your legs at all)

🇮🇹3 classici errori del servizio e come correggerli:

1. Quando lanci, il tuo braccio NON deve piegarsi altrimenti la palla va dove vuole lei. Invece prova a tenere il braccio teso ed accompagnare la palla lentamente verso l’alto. (ripetilo tante volte in modo da trovare la precisione) Il tuo servizio migliorerà!

2. Non spostare MAI il tuo piede davanti, deve essere fermo.

3. Non piegare le gambe prima di lanciare, non hai bisogno di spinta per il lancio. Bensì piegale quando la pallina si stacca dalla tua mano, così la spinta la generi per andare a colpire.
