It’s easy to get distracted and spend time thinking about the small details of what you’re doing, when really, it’s the “BIG ROCKS” that matter

✅ Recognizing that you didn’t gain weight OVERNIGHT and it WON’T disappear tomorrow EITHER.
✅ Approaching fat loss as an UPGRADED LIFESTYLE and NOT a TEMPORARY “diet” - this will only lead to a frustrating reality of DIETING YOUR WHOLE LIFE!
