It's time to set new sports goals!🚀 There are several main parameters of the goal👇🏽

🎯 Reachability. Too complex and ambitious goals without understanding how to achieve them, on the contrary, can demotivate.

🎯 Concreteness. Setting specific goals with deadlines and a step-by-step plan increases their achievability.

🎯 Commitment. Making a public commitment on social media or in front of friends increases the likelihood of achieving the goal.

🎯 Feedback. Studies have shown that feedback allows you to see the movement towards the goal from the side. So it's good if someone gives you feedback.

What should a triathlete do in the off-season❓

Many athletes now have a period when the season is over, but the new one has not yet begun. This stage is very important for an athlete, just like everyone else!☝🏼

The main task of this stage is to eliminate excessive physical activity and create all the conditions for the body to have time to recover, recharge and rest. This applies not only to physical health, but also to mental health💆🏽‍♂️

Maxim qualified for Kona at the Ironman Tallinn 2021 race with 7th place in the age group. He wants to gain experience from the World Championship IRONMAN . On the day of the race, he will do what he can and have fun, and a good time will be a great bonus.

Many athletes have already arrived on the island and are preparing for the race🏊🏽‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃🏽 Read below about how our athlete Joachim Reiter] qualified for Hawaii and what expectations he has from the race👇🏽

" has been coaching me for 9 years now. I qualified for Kona, Hawaii in my Category M 55 last Year at Ironman Gdynia in Poland .

I don't have a specific goal in Hawaii because the conditions can not be compared to other races, although I've been able to gain some experience in my previous 7 Ironman races.

There is less and less time left before the World Championship at Kona!🌋 We want to share the story of overcoming our athlete .rudolph.42 . When there is a goal, a person will do everything possible to achieve it!🎯

"I got qualified at Ironman Switzerland 2021 in Thun at my first try. It was my 2nd long distance Triathlon after Challenge Regensburg 2017, where I finished 2nd in my AG and won national vice-championship.
I planned to have it as my last race in my „career“ and only extend by another year if I would be successful….here we go😁

Unfortunately I had a serious bike crash during a triathlon competition end of May this year, where I broke several bones and had a long surgery. But together with ‘s coaching I am now in shape and confident to finish the race in Hawaii appropriately.

I have no targeted finish time, it will be a success when I am able to keep the aligned pacing, stay patient & persistent until the end, trying the best possible at that day after all what happened." - .rudolph.42

It was .rudolph.42 's incredible strength and 's professionalism that made it possible to participate at Kona!💪🏼
