Trail running takes us to some of the most spectacular and fragile landscapes on earth. That access comes with a responsibility.

These are the principles that every runner, organizer and volunteer in the trail running community can commit to, respecting nature, reducing waste, protecting the trails we run on and raising awareness among everyone who shares them.
