3 wins, 8 losses. Dounia Issa, head coach of a Jeep Elite team for the first time did not succeed to place Le Mans Sarthe Basket within the Top 8 of the league. Sadly, it seems that the players and himself were not on the same wavelength. Last game versus JDA Dijon turned out to be fatal for the new coach and former MSB player. The club pushed Dounia's assistant Elric Delord in the hot seat ad interim. The club is already looking for some skilled and experienced. A manager who knows Le Mans would do good to a team that needs to be boosted. JD Jackson is still without a regular current job. In Le Mans, supporters and actors involved in the club's life saw him a few times since his son plays in the Youth team. JD would be an asset. He knows the club so well and made it win a few trophies. Let's wait and see one or two weeks before the front office brings up a solution, a coach able to take over a disoriented roster and put it back on the right track and avoid any risk of finishing stuck at the back of the pack, the last three of the 18 clubs engaged will fall in Pro B next year while one promotion is planned.
