🌟 Saturday Night Out for Kids! 🌟

Need a night off? We’ve got you covered! Join us for our first ever “Saturday Night Out” at Frota Academy Luzern, where your little champions will enjoy an evening packed with fun and excitement, while you get to relax.

Here’s what we have planned:

🚀 Start: An evening kick-off with engaging games and activities designed to delight and entertain!

🍕 Dinner Time: What’s a Saturday without pizza? We’ll serve up delicious pizza for dinner to fuel the fun.

🎬 Movie Magic: We’ll wind down the night with a cool movie, creating the perfect setting for kids to relax before heading home.

▪️Age Group: 6 to 12 years old

Nothing beats the energy of a packed mat! 👊🥋

This past week we had the honor of hosting a very special seminar at Frota Academy Luzern, led by Prof. Tobias Marcon ( )— 4th degree black belt, coach, and my brother.

It was a unique chance for our students to learn directly from his deep knowledge of the lasso guard, sharpen their technique, and share amazing moments on the mats together. 🥋🔥

Big thank you to everyone who joined and made the seminar such a memorable experience. Events like this remind us that Jiu-Jitsu is more than a sport — it’s about family, learning, and community.
