The GLOW-UP isn't happening by thinking of rainbows and unicorns and glitter shifting butterflies.

The GLOW-UP happens when we start connecting with all aspects of life.

And to me connecting to and changing my relationship with and definition of death has dug me out of depression, has made me deeply enjoy the pandemic, has helped me navigate a near fatal accident with bliss and grace and continues to be one of the biggest catalysts for living life in the moment.

And that's why we start the 30 day Glow-Up experience with that question to reflect on.

Not because we want death to come and grab us, but to let it know that we know we'll meet one day, and when that day comes I choose to be ready.

Until then I dedicate myself to creating a life thats worth living for.

Strengthen your diaphragm, (aka workout your respiratory system)

• to stimulate your vagus nerve,
• to promote homeostasis for better faster healing,
• to improve bloodflow and waste recycling (lymphflow)
• to boost your immune system as it activates the digestive system and gut area
• and much more.

🌬 Breathe through your nose with mouth closed as often as you can
🌬 Take slow, gentil and full breaths

🌬 Exhale consciously often and completely (sigh)

🌬 and tap or massage the area around your lungs regularely

Even if you only start implementing one or two if the above mentionned, you should feel an immediat improvement of your state of well-being.
