Good MORNING

Highly recommend to anyone who had, has or might have to deal with the coro virus or any other stressful situation in life... 😉

Strengthen your diaphragm, (aka workout your respiratory system)

• to stimulate your vagus nerve,
• to promote homeostasis for better faster healing,
• to improve bloodflow and waste recycling (lymphflow)
• to boost your immune system as it activates the digestive system and gut area
• and much more.

🌬 Breathe through your nose with mouth closed as often as you can
🌬 Take slow, gentil and full breaths

🌬 Exhale consciously often and completely (sigh)

🌬 and tap or massage the area around your lungs regularely

Even if you only start implementing one or two if the above mentionned, you should feel an immediat improvement of your state of well-being.

Last night I taught an online zoom class for friends and co-workers. Given the fact that the covid cases are rampaging around we decided not to have the entire workteam in one space for an hour so we are taking it online for 2 weeks.

I want to share it with everyone who follows me and appreciates my work and creations.
