🏋️♀️ Menopause-Tailored Fitness Session (45-50 min) – A practical class with Viviane to build strength, maintain balance, and move with confidence.
🧘♀️ Active & Passive Recovery (45-50 min) – A guided Yin Yoga session with Petra, including breathwork and meditation, to release tension, enhance mobility, and promote relaxation.
