Based in Geneva, Boxniaque Promotion was established in 2014 by Samir Hotic, a leading boxing promoter and manager in Switzerland.

Under his stewardship Ornella Domini won the EBU Welterweight title and successfully defended it in 2015. Boxniaque promotion currently promotes a number of fighters, notably Enes Zacirecic who is an official challenger for the Light-heavy weight EBU title.
