Announcement on the Revise of the Break Rules of the World Heyball Masters

In order to further improve the appeal and intensity of the event, and reflect the comprehensive skills of the players, the organizing committee of JOY Heyball Masters decided to revise the "2022 Standard Rules of JOY Cup Heyball Masters", and revise the rules related to break after a large number of tests conducted by professional players, as well as investigations with fans, players and partners. The revised rules will be adopted from Changzhou Station. The involved rules are revised as follows:

The new kitchen is 16cm from the two ends of the head string to the cushion, and extends backward within the triangle area (as shown in the figure). Players are only allowed to place cue balls in areas A and B for break
shot.

The rules of "illegal break" are revised as follows:
1. A legal break shot of male players shall meet the requirement of "four ball-times" passing the head string;
2. A legal break shot of female players and male players under 14 shall meet the requirement of "three ball-times" passing the head string;
3. Every three illegal breaks will cause the loss of the ongoing rack.

Note: In A-Class Station Events, a legal break shot of all players shall meet the requirement of "three ball-times" passing the head string;

Players Championship, Super Station and Global Finals will be played to the full official break rules.
