Last time Brian Bachand and I held a workshop together, someone suggested we do something in nature. Both our eyes lit up at the same time. It was a sign!

On the last Sunday of June, we'll be taking our workshop to a forest in Versoix where we will together explore how to invite nature to heal, nurture and awaken our hearts and minds. Join us, it will be magic.

So excited about this workshop with my friend Brian, this Thursday evening!

In this workshop we will transform our old limiting mental habits and reboot our minds for more calm and joy. Using powerful tools for NLP, self-hypnosis and breathwork, you will learn to clear away what is holding you back and cultivate the qualities and inner resources that you need to feel fresh, energised and motivated for the rest of the year.

Yoga retreat in Kerala, south India!!!
15-25 January 2026

I am so excited to return to south India for another yoga holiday. It's been a long wait!

In this 10-day trip, we will visit 3 unique locations in Kerala: the colourful and historical port city of Kochin, the pristine backwaters island of Munroe, and the vibrant beach town of Varkala.

Each day, we will practice yoga and meditation, enjoy the delicious culinary delights of South India, discover the rich culture of this ancient land, and explore local sites and scenery.
