Today’s hike was the Harder Kulm trail in Interlaken!! It was an absolute lung burner because of the very steep ascent🫁🔥!! RIP my quads after the descent 🪦

Interlaken is one of my fave places in Europe to hike as the views are just magic! We certainly earned the views as it was such a slog getting up there 😂 but you get to look over at the Eiger and the Jungfrau peak!
Put this one down on your list of cool s**t to do in Switzerland ! We keep going back!

Yesterday was a rather special date for me as I celebrated six years in business.

I had a great day working with clients both online and in person in Geneva. I even roped my pt client of 18 months into getting a shameless selfie with me! Check out her guns 💪

The look of someone who just experienced runners high after a little 5km run between my personal training sessions this morning! It was a slow run but the feeling was euphoric listening to music and looking out at the lake not long after sunrise. The only thing that might have topped it off was a dip but I was short on time!

Working out in the morning just makes your day better! I felt energised, clear headed, and beyond happy. My clients feel the same when they train with me.

Cape Town was kind of epic for so many reasons. The main one being that my nephew Max was and is playing for Ireland in the World Rugby U20 Championship. I know, how cool is that! Needless to say, we are bursting with pride! Unfortunately, we had to go home so we will miss the semi final and and possibly the final 🤞

Getting the opportunity to holiday with my family in beautiful Cape Town for two weeks was beyond fun!!

I guess this is a business account for health and fitness so just for the record I did workout almost every day. I don’t see it as a chore, it just makes my day better! The whole family were hitting the hotel gym too.

I’m currently in Amsterdam Airport on route to Geneva so I’ll be back helping people get fit and healthy tomorrow!
