Friday 12h30 - 13h30 And since that very day, I got hooked. However the teachings are never ending.

My Yoga journey started in Geneva in 2006 after being dragged to a Hatha Yoga lesson I never wanted to attend. After travelling to different continents studying different types of Yoga with highly inspiring teachers, my thirst for more culminated in the 500h Hatha Yoga Teacher Training led in my home town Basel. Daily life is your teacher and the challenge is to apply all the principles you have learnt over the years on the mat, off the mat, as well as being an example to your students. Yoga is not about competing with your neighbour or worse competing with yourself, it’s about doing an exercise to the best of your capacity with the right intention and the breath whilst respecting your limits.

Together with my passion for mountains and hiking I figured the combination of Yoga & Mountains could be a wonderful cocktail of well-being. Tuesday's classes are based on a dynamic vinyasa flow, coupled with Pranayama exercices and deep relaxation. Friday's classes are based on setting the foundations of Asana and mediation.
