All travelling F45ers - your wishes have come true ! 💫✈️

The F45 passport is officially here which means you’ll be able to train at all F45s around the world with your unlimited membership 🌎

Useful info:
▪️All F45 studios in the world included
▪️Possible to book 6 passport visits / month
▪️Available for monthly autopay & annual memberships (Not pack - memberships)
▪️Book your passport class in the F45 App
▪️Booking need to be made within 24h of a class
▪️Note that you will not be able to book passport classes if your membership is on freeze
▪️The passport visits are personal and may not be transferred to someone else than the holder of the membership

The F45 Passport will allow all eligible members to workout free of charge when visiting other F45 studios so make sure you go and send our regards to other studios when you’re out travelling 🤩🌴🌅

After the second class (12:15 Sunday 24/3) we will have a moment to celebrate all your hard work during this challenge with mimosas in our hands and some delicious snacks and coffee available 🥂

Get your groove on - we’re taking you back to the 80’s ! 🕺

Next Wednesday we are adding some extra flare to the 7:15 PM workout by making it an 80’s themed class ! ✨

Not only that, this class will also be Black Team vs White Team so make sure to sign up to represent your team - and to get the chance to win some extra bonus points !

Dresscode is of course DISCO 🪩
(The grooviest outfit will win your team 30 bonus points)

Non - challengers are still very welcome to join the class and are encouraged to come dressed up too !

📣 Calling all F45 skiers 📣
On Saturday February 3rd, we are organising our very first ski trip and we would love for you to join us ! 🤩

The day will be filled with great skiing in the beautiful Avoriaz and of course lots of fun ! We will start off in two groups including more beginner level skiers (think green - blue slopes) and a more intermediate group (red - black slopes) so you won’t have any pressure going beyond your comfort zone 🫶

More info about logistics etc is to come but for starters we’ll need to know if you’d be interested in coming along ? 😍 Please let us know by January 27 (send us a dm or come talk to us in the studio) and we’ll plan this to be an absolutely amazing day you will not want to miss ! 🌟

It’s time to get spooky ! 👻🎃

We are hosting our first ever Halloween Party and you are invited !

On Saturday 28th, the haunted venues of Birdie Food and Coffee will stand open for you for an apero you will not want to miss !

Coming dressed up in a costume is a given and the best dressed for the evening will win a prize ! 🧝🏼‍♀️🧛🏻🧞‍♀️🏆

Tickets for the event (CHF 20) will be sold in the studio and will include :

🔸One cocktail
🔸Snacks

If you’d still be thirsty there will be soft drinks available and also alcoholic beverages for sale 🍹
