Jiu-Jitsu is a sport that demands a lot of commitment.
It is very technical, it brings frustration, and it requires resilience to keep moving forward.
If you are here, if you stayed on this journey, it’s because you showed your heart, your discipline, and the ability to persist even when things get difficult.
And one thing I can say for sure: Jiu-Jitsu reflects a lot in your life.
If you want to get better, you need to build yourself from the bottom to the top.
You need to eat clean, sleep well, stretch, work out, and stay focused when you learn.
When you do these things, you get better — not only in Jiu-Jitsu, but in everything you do.
And you need to train hard — but train intelligently.
You shouldn’t get injured, but you should feel pressure.
Being under pressure teaches you how to solve problems when you’re tired, when you’re stuck, and when things aren’t going your way.
That is one of the keys of Jiu-Jitsu: learning to think, breathe, and react under pressure.
Another very important part of Jiu-Jitsu is helping others.
When you teach, you learn. When you take care of your partner, both of you grow.
If you repeat a technique a thousand times with your partner, give them a tip to help them improve. When your training partner gets better, you get better as well — because the challenge becomes greater and the training becomes stronger.
This is how a team grows. Everybody improves together.
That is the Jiu-Jitsu we believe in, and the Jiu-Jitsu we try to build every day.
Thank you to everyone — those who were present at the graduation and those who couldn’t make it.
We are proud of all of you.
