Be.Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio fully equipped with a range of Pilates apparatus. Join us on your journey to a healthier, happier you.

We offer small group training as well as private and semi-private session. Be.Pilates is welcoming all levels, you may be new to exercise, an athlete, recovering from injury, a mum to be or a busy mummy we have a workout for you. Our mission is to inspire and help you to enhance your whole body strength and optimise your well-being. We will provide you with the tools that you can use in everyday l

ife by giving you a whole body workout that will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and posture. We look forward to meeting you!

☀️ Summer Break… but not for long!

Before we close our doors for a short summer break, we wanted to say thank you to our incredible Be.Pilates community.

Whether you’ve joined us for Pilates, Lagree, Barre, Beach Pilates or simply taken time for yourself this summer, thank you for making our studios such a special place.

💛 Our studios will be closed from 1st to 8th August

👉🏼 We’ll be back from Sunday 9th August, ready to help you move, strengthen and feel your best. Until then, enjoy the sunshine, stay active, take time to recharge and most importantly... be kind to yourself.
