SOCIONOMICS: the study of social mood & its influence over social attitudes and actions. The term was more specifically coined in regards to seeking an understanding of how social mood regulates the overall behaviors in areas such as pop culture, politics, financial markets and the economy.

Let’s now apply this to the way in which our “social mood” affects the most important part of our world...our health! Take a moment to evaluate all of the people in your social life and their attitudes towards their health. Do they value their own? Do they do every fad diet? Do they prioritize regular exercise? Do they eat fast food all the time? Do they constantly bitch and complain about everything? Do they have mental health practices like meditation or prayer? Do they get out and spend time with loved ones regularly? I want you to take this week to truly look closely at the people in your social circles that influence you in all ways.

I want to give you the gift of a life you love but it isn’t as simple as you changing what you eat and practicing intermittent fasting. A life full of abundance is total body love...physical, mental, spiritual and emotional...and our social world influences all of those factors! This life was not meant to be easy but I do believe it was meant to be loved! Let’s start learning how to love our life by surrounding ourselves by people that influence our “social mood” in the right direction! Happy Monday Y’all!

Je suis très contente d'avoir été si bien accueillie chez moi. L'energie, la joie, la passion de la musique! Un vrai bonheur de partager cette ambiance!
