Happy Mid-Movember. How are those mustaches coming along gentlemen? All hidden away behind masks... but we still wear them with pride! Let's share these moustaches!

With our moustaches we are raising awarenenss for men's health, such as prostate cancer, mental health and suicideprevention.

Now more than ever we need to take care of our self and others. Social Distance can be hard. Quaranteen and isolation even more. 😷

This weekend would have been the first runDisney Princess Run.👸🏼 But as everything else, it had to be cancelled. 😥
So I chose to make the best out of it, and swapped the happiest place on earth (Disneyland) with the most beautiful place on earth (the Swiss countryside).

to my visit to the Korean Food Market in Seoul a couple of months ago. Too much food, too little time. I love trying new food, but I refrained from trying the chicken feet (top picture).

to the most insane week I had last week 😅
Monday - Busan, South Korea 🌆🏖️
Tuesday - Beijing, China ⛩️
Wednesday - Homebound on a flight that took forever (arriving at Zürich at 8pm) 🛫
Thursday - Disneyday and Bib collection & Fun at the Expo (up at 3 am to get to the park at opening hours) 😁
Friday - Disneyday & 5k run 🏃
Saturday - 10k 🏃🏃
Sunday - Half Marathon & drive home 🏃🏃🏃😓
Now finally adapting to reality again and waiting for the race pictures.

Thanks for prepping me, so I could do all those runs even after a 2 weekes Asiatrip.

Last weekend I spent by Birthday in Munich. Naturally, I had to go the Disneystore. Due to a malfunction, I was not able to open the store, but I did get the Key anyway. And I also got an extra Birthday Key. 🗝️🤩The rest of the time I hung out with my friend .y.r.i.a.m - perfect Birthdayweekend! 😊
