This week, we’re focusing on one of the most important parts of riding: learning to communicate with your whole body, not just your reins.

Your seat, balance, weight, legs, and posture all influence how your horse understands your aids. The more balanced and independent you become as a rider, the clearer and softer your communication can be.

In polo, this becomes especially important. With speed, the ball, and the action around you, being able to prepare your horse through your body can make a big difference.
