Imagine doing this three times a week.

1️⃣ 100 x Diamond Push-up
2️⃣ 100 x Wide Push-up
3️⃣ 100 x Leg Raise

That’s 1’200 repetitions each per month. That’s 14’400 repetitions each per year.

You couldn’t even begin to visualise how you would look after doing 28’800 push-ups and 14’400 leg-raises.

But one thing is certain. You would look hooooot 🔥🔥🔥

Doesn’t matter how long it takes. It could take you three hours. Train your mind and your body will follow.
