QLS-MMA: Sparring-Drill🔥🔥🔥

Auf den ersten Blick erkennt man es vielleicht nicht,
aber hier handelt es sich um eine Kombination aus Sparring (80%) und Drill (20%).
Wir verbinden beides gezielt im Kampf, damit sich die Techniken schneller in Körper und Geist einprägen.
Während des Sparrings werden bestimmte Drills integriert so bleibt das Training dynamisch, kontrolliert und realitätsnah.
Die Intensität können die Schüler dabei selbst bestimmen.
Auf diese Weise können sie ausprobieren, wann und wie eine Technik im echten Kampf sinnvoll anzuwenden ist.

At first, it may not look like it,
but this is a mix of sparring (80%) and drills (20%).
We use both so the techniques go faster into body and mind.
During sparring, we add small drills
this keeps the training dynamic, safe, and realistic.
Each student can choose the speed and power.

We are happy to announce our 2025 seminar with the hall of fame on IBJJF, hall of fame on ADCC the one and only Sensei 🐐🦍 The seminar will be on Saturday june28th, 2025, 10:00 am. Atos Zurich Schärenmoosstrasse 80,8052 Zürich. We will have the honor of hosting our Head Coach a multi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt world champion AKA the “Michael Jordan” of ADCC!!! , Professor André Galvão. And because great news always comes on bundle Professor’s seminar will be bjj, first part, NoGi/Grappling second part.
