Here's your permission slip for not knowing. For still figuring it out. Again. Even if you thought you already did.

We're allowed to grow & change. But sometimes, the most healing thing to do is coming back. To yourself. To the places that love you back.

Sometimes, the most healing thing to do is to see how you've changed, and that you don't owe anyone an explanation, including yourself.

We need to live a life that feels good on the inside. Not only looks good on the outside. Here's to new dreams. Here's to the first day you feel light again, Here's to the version of you that feels grounded enough to dream a new dream or strong enough to try again.

Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is say sorry. Including to yourself.

Trust me you'll play again. You'll breathe again. Sometimes yoga is just taking the next step. Loving without expecting anything back. Being where you are.
