🚆 Shaking on the train from Zürich to Milano.
Three hours of sitting isn't exactly what our bodies were designed for. So somewhere between Switzerland and Italy, and I got up and started shaking.
It may look simple, but shaking is one of the most effective Qigong exercises I know.
Just a few minutes can help to:
✨ Release physical tension and stagnation
✨ Improve blood circulation after long periods of sitting
✨ Wake up muscles, fascia and joints
✨ Relax the nervous system while boosting energy
✨ Improve focus, alertness and mental clarity
When we sit for too long, everything tends to slow down. The body becomes stiff, circulation decreases, and the mind can feel sluggish. Shaking is a quick reset. It gets things moving again.
You don't need a yoga mat, special clothes, or a perfect setting. Just stand up, relax your body, and shake.
Whether you're on a train, in the office, at the airport, or at home, sometimes the simplest movements are the most powerful.
