Hola, I'm Mariela Gonzalez and I love Zumba Fitness Program. I'm from South America Chile, from a little town called Puren!! My classes are really friendly.

I invite you to my classes, so that you can experience the flavor of Latin dance. Zumba® class is an energetic, effective, Latin-inspired and calorie-burning dance aerobics based on an interval training fitness technique. It involves high intensity work alternated with periods of rest or low activity. Don't worry if you can't dance because you'll soon be able, just follow my lead. This is THE most fun way to get a great cardio workout. Come down, dance and sweat, make new friends and get really fit. My Zumba® class is an energetic, effective, Latin-inspired and calorie-burning dance aerobics based on an interval training fitness technique. It is a fun way to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Basic Latin and international dance styles that creates a dynamic, fun and effective 60 minute fitness workout include salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, belly dance, soca just to name a few. Energetic but easy to follow choreographies make my Zumba® class feel like a Party. Ditch the workout and embrace Zumba® love! I'll see you there and we'll move to the beats. Zumba with me! A mover las caderas chicas y chicos!
