A thought for all of us who love cricket in our village. 🏏❤️
Today, we have four cricket clubs representing our village, but unfortunately, none of them has managed to lift a trophy this year.
Instead of blaming individuals, perhaps we should ask ourselves a simple question: Are we moving in the right direction?
What is the benefit of having multiple clubs if our time, money, talent, and energy are being divided, while our overall cricketing progress remains limited?
Our village has a rich cricketing legacy—a legacy built with passion, unity, sacrifice, and years of hard work. We should not allow differences in vision or personal interests to weaken what generations before us built.
Four clubs can give us four identities, but unity can give us one strong cricketing future.
Let’s sit together, think beyond personal interests, support our talented youngsters, improve our facilities and practice, and create a system that can actually produce champions.
The aim should not be to run more clubs. The aim should be to build a stronger cricket culture and bring trophies home. 🏆
Let’s protect our legacy—not for ourselves, but for the generations that will play after us.
Think together. Work together. Win together. 🏏❤️🏆
