Kinesiology taping is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses specially designed elastic tape to support muscles, tendons, and joints without restricting natural movement.

For both equines and canines, kinesiology taping can help:

• Reduce swelling.

• Enhance body awareness and posture.
• Aid recovery following exercise, injury, or rehabilitation.

By working with the body's natural healing processes, kinesiology taping can help improve comfort, mobility, and performance, making it a valuable addition to a holistic care and rehabilitation programme for horses and dogs alike.

Kinesiology taping can be used after massages to help aid the massage further, this will be dependent on the animal. This can be discussed during the session.

Back home now and to do more revising, preparing for upcoming exams! It was great to learn and have a deeper understanding of the neurology aspect of Chiropractic treatments🧠🧬
