Hey guys the second week of school holidays training will be at 8.30-9.15 just for that week and there will training on the Friday
(That's the 14th-17th July training at 8.30 and no training the morning of the 18th.)

I need your help. I have set myself a goal to lose 20kgs by Christmas. Im going to type up a menu and will bring it in by Monday and need your help to keep me accountable. Planning a trip to Bali to celebrate late in December :)
