A hero's welcome for 'the Beth'! 💪🍾

Made it to the finals in every race she was in at the IVF Va'a World Sprints Championships. Left Singapore as the 8th in the world for 500m women's va'a + 2x🥈

A team aspiring for greatness starts with great coaches. We're so lucky to have TWO who competes and medals on the world stage! COME WORK OUT WITH THEM (and us 😙) THIS WINTER and learn their secrets 🙊

Our other amazing coach sammi is competing at the IDBF Club Crew World Championships in Hualien (Taiwan) next week! We really appreciate all that Sammi does for all her paddling Padawans while also training as an elite paddler, including coaching down to the night before her flight.

Earlier this season, we had the pleasure to paddle with many ICONIC guests, including some from Toronto Harbour Va’a.

Congrats to our amazing coach beth and her THV family on an incredible job so far repping Canada at the Va’a World Sprints Championships in Singapore - so inspired and proud. Good luck on upcoming semi & final races! 💪

First time back @ TIDBRF after 2 years!

This weekend had it all: beautiful weather, torrential downpour; team record times, close brushes with the podium; old friends, new foes...Jk!

Highlights:
- best showing at TIDBRF to date (B div for 200m final)
- repeated sub 2:15, even in a freezing windy rainstorm
- great positive team morale while soaking wet with no reprieve

But is there anything more motivating than 4th place tho?

Missing the podium by .4 secs has made us hungry for the next one! To be cont'd..
