With the rise of AI in business, real human authenticity is needed more than ever before❗️

AI may be able to formulate images, websites, landing pages and social captions but you know what it can’t duplicate?

Real authentic story telling, life lessons, and human connection. 💗

Those are things I am focused on in business more than ever before!

If I have learned anything about authenticity in creating an impactful business over the years is that life happens for us not to us!

For those of us who want to make an impact on the world the tough moments in life happen for us to overcome them, learn lessons and share them with others.

Those challenges we overcome are often connected deeply with our purpose and mission.

And the more we share them, the more we can connect with like-minded people we are meant to serve.💫

That can’t be generated through artificial intelligence.

That comes from humanity, from experiences divinely gifted to us and our ability to use our impactful voices through story telling.

“Niching down”

In the beginning of my online coaching business I really struggled with this. 😔

All I knew is that I wanted to help people and share with them what I was learning on my own personal development journey.

When it came down to choosing my “niche or avatar” I couldn’t pinpoint who I wanted to serve.

I completed so many client avatar worksheets in business coaching programs filled with questions like….

-What are their demographics?
-Where is your avatar hanging out?
-What are they struggling with?
-What thoughts keep them up at night?

And it wasn’t landing!

Some even asked me to name this avatar.

It felt off.

Can you relate to this? 👋🏼

One day something dawned on me….

That all this external discovery wasn’t working and there had to be a better way.

I realized that I had all the answers inside me all along.

That I could help someone like the version of me at the beginning of my journey. 💡

Someone who didn’t have the knowledge, tools and experiences I had picked up along the way.

Instead of creating an avatar outside myself and giving them a name I could connect with this other version of me that I knew best. ✨

I knew what she struggled with, was longing for, what thoughts she had and beliefs were shaping experiences.

I uncovered that when “niching down” or choosing an ideal client it’s not an external job it’s an internal remembering. ⚡️

If you are looking to choose an ideal client in your business ask yourself…

💭What version of yourself from the past do you feel called to serve most in this season of business?

💭What was she experiencing, struggling with and seeking?

Asking questions like these is where true clarity is found!

In the pursuit of becoming our best selves we can get caught up in what we are lacking instead of how powerful we truly are.

There can be a focus on what’s missing inside of ourselves.

Like we aren’t confident, courageous, wealthy, or impactful enough.

That can be a way we begin self-improvement as we find solutions for our perceived set backs.

What I have uncovered is this approach can be detrimental. We are approaching self-discovery from lack instead of empowerment.

It’s sooo important to remember aspects of ourselves that already exist inside of ourselves and amplifying them. ✨

Remember our strengths and uncover concrete evidence of when this came easy to us. ⚡️

For example there have been many instances in my life in which I exemplified courage, tenacity and boldness. Especially growing up. This year and I look to grow myself in many ways I’ve chosen to connect with those parts of myself as I make some bold choices.

The Cassandra that moved to Europe alone, left the corporate world to become an entrepreneur, received an intuitive hit to leave her fulltime job to go all in in her business had traits I’d love to embody more. Instead of finding that on the outside, I remembered how much I have embodied this already.

Whatever we are seeking outside of ourselves can be inside ourselves being dormant or not fully expressed.

We have a powerful opportunity to uncover that within.

So I invite you to ask yourself….

what aspect of yourself do you want to embody more in your business❓

When were times in your past you embodied it that you can access ❓

Drop a ⚡️as a commitment to uncovering this for yourself and approaching self-discovery with more empowerment!
