🚨ADULT CLASS ALERT!🚨

Are you looking to gain a bit of strength and have always been interested in learning handstands?

Join us for four weeks while we work towards stronger and more confident handstands! No pre-requisite skills or abilities required!

This focused class is designed to build strength, balance, and body control while helping you develop a solid handstand practice. Whether you’re just learning to kick up or refining your holds and variations, the class is tailored to meet you at your current level.

You can expect a well rounded mix of core and shoulder strengthening, mobility and stability training, and skill progressions with personalized guidance to support your growth and confidence upside down.

4 classes will run May 5, 12, 19 and June 2nd
