On day 4 of our Nationals count down, we bring you B R I T T A N Y 💙 W H I T M A N!

Blonde hair, running the bases with flair and playing just about anywhere on the diamond. Infield? You got it. Outfield? why not. DH? on it.

Cor might not be the loudest Saint on the diamond but don’t let that fool you. She’ll make the play, find a way on base and casually go about her business like she didn’t just get the job done.

Our fast and fiery girl, Jesse Kuffert is back in the line up for Nationals after welcoming her son in May!

Bringing the strikes on the mound and the joy in the dugout, Jesse is sure to bring the fire. We’re not sure about you guys, but we can’t wait to watch her fly around the bases!

As another Yellowknife regular season wraps up, we want to send a huge THANK YOU to JK Cleaning Ltd. and owner Connie Taylor for supporting our women’s team this season!

As the only women’s team in the association, having community support behind this group means a lot. Connie grew up playing ball herself and wanted to help make sure women continue to have opportunities to play, compete and stay involved in the sport. 🖤

And this group made the most of it!

🥎 Started the season in C Division
⬆️ Finished the first half on top and were moved up to B Division
🔥 Lost only 4 games all season — our best season in four years!
🏆 Finished the regular season as the top team in B Division

We’re incredibly proud of what this team accomplished, but even more grateful for businesses like JK Cleaning Ltd. that recognize the importance of supporting women in sport.

Thank you, Connie and JK Cleaning Ltd., for backing our ladies and helping keep women on the diamond! 🥎🖤
