Like, share or comment on this post to vote for the 2010 NWT Rebels women's broomball team to move on in NNSL Media's Greatest Of All Time competition. They're up against the 2013-2014 Yellowknife Wolfpack peewee development hockey team.

The broomball community lost an athlete, a coach, a friend and most importantly, an amazing woman. After a courageous battle with cancer Robin Mercer-Sproule passed away on Saturday May 16. Her competitiveness, team spirit and friendship will be missed by so many. Rest In Peace Robin.

Robin Mercer-Sproule, a trailblazing athlete in the North remembered as “the sweetest, kindest person you’ll meet,” has passed away at the age of 56.
