Yellow Grass Minor Hockey is looking for kids aged 10+ who are interested in refereeing U7-U11 Hockey games! Quick easy cash to make! Check out their FB post or Hockey Sask for all the info!

Hockey Sask has opened up their ref clinics for the upcoming season.

If your child is 10 years old or older and would be interested in learning to referee while making a little extra cash this winter, we'd love to hear from you!

Here's what we are offering
🏒 No Experience Needed!
🏒 Games: U7, U9 & U11, with placements based on experience & Childs comfort level
🏒 Mentorship: Ref with an experienced ref or a buddy! One of our board members are also always around for support
🏒 Full course reimbursement after you've refereed 3 games

Summer may just be getting started, but we’re already hard at work getting the rink ready for another great season!

After more than 45+ years of dependable service, our condenser has officially retired and was removed this week. A brand-new condenser is on its way and is expected to arrive sometime in July.

A huge thank you to Steer Farms for providing the Zoom Boom and to Mryglod Steel & Metals Inc for hauling away the old condenser. We truly appreciate the support of our community!

Here are all the details for our annual draft night!

We will be all set up in the lobby of the rink this year! The Kitchen Crew is having a classic Wing Night, featuring 4 delicious flavours to suit anyone! So come on down, get an order (or two) of wings, a cold beverage and take in this great night.

Last years Calcutta winner took home over $17,000! Who’s it going to be this year ?!?

The plant is officially turned off! However, the ice is still usable at the moment. And that could definitely change before Sunday. However, if it lasts until Sunday we would love everyone to get out and use it!

Wow ! Yesterday was a great day at the rink. Thank you to everyone who helped in the concession booth, who donated the delicious lunch & baking and who came down and cheered on the kids.

The U9 team has a SEMI-FINAL game at 10am this morning.

We will have fresh baking, soup, chilli & pulled pork. Chilli Dogs, chili fries, pulled pork poutines….. lots of good stuff !
