I've decided to sell one of my properties. It's a small 2 bedroom home on Surettes Island. It has a heat pump, new hot water heater, new water pump and newly painted. I'd like to congratulate all the members that competed in last weekend's East Coast Bodybuilding and Physique Competition. We had 4 competitors from our gym and they all placed at least the top 3. I sponsored Terry's class and was lucky enough to present the trophy to Terry. This was his lifelong dream to compete in a bodybuilding show and he finally did it at 58 years young. Congratulations. Everyone at the gym is proud of you bro.
