We now have a 2 bedroom apartment for rent. $1250 a month with utilities extra. Located in Hebron. These are fully renovated. All new electrical, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, windows, doors, floors , walls and stainless steel appliances. I will post it here on the gym page first and I'd like to give it to a member if someone needs one before I post it on Facebook. No pets, 1 year lease and references required. Non smoker. It's 5pm on December 31st and I just finished the last workout of 2025. One year older and a few more Grey's 🤣

I've decided to sell one of my properties. It's a small 2 bedroom home on Surettes Island. It has a heat pump, new hot water heater, new water pump and newly painted. I was renting it for $1000 a month so it's a good investment property as well. It's perfect for a young couple and it will be cheaper than renting. It will be listed with next week. We added a new piece of equipment this week. The gym got a new abductor adductor machine. It is finally set up and ready to be used.

We got some new signs made by L&N Signs to help remind a select few members to put their weights away. If you are around 90's, you probably get the joke. If not just google soup n**i. LOL

I'd like to congratulate all the members that competed in last weekend's East Coast Bodybuilding and Physique Competition. We had 4 competitors from our gym and they all placed at least the top 3. I sponsored Terry's class and was lucky enough to present the trophy to Terry. This was his lifelong dream to compete in a bodybuilding show and he finally did it at 58 years young. Congratulations. Everyone at the gym is proud of you bro.

Throwback Thursday to the early 2000's when Randy from the Trailer Park Boys was in the gym and did a pose for us. So why was Pat Roach here. So before they were all famous most had normal full-time jobs. Pat roach was the regional manager for Sparkling Springs Water that I used to buy to sell at the gym. The delivery driver had told Pat that I was a fan and when he was in town he stopped by the gym to say hi and take a photo. He even took my DVD box set back to Halifax and had all the guys sign it for me. I think this would make a cool poster to add in the gym. Maybe get him to sign it and give some encouraging motivational quotes for people working out.LOL
