-Our lifeguards here at Milo offer a program every Wednesday called Junior Guards from 10:30am until 2:00pm. The Junior Lifeguard Program provides an action-packed challenge for kids aged 7-15 who love the water, but who want more than "lessons." Junior lifeguards spend a few hours each week learning and practicing both physical and technical skills with the local lifeguards. It is free of charge and there is no prior signup necessary. http://www.nsls.ns.ca/
