Here we go again, last wrap up post to finish the 2025-2026 season!

The club had Five Star Skaters (Star5+) participate in a season end test day on May 23rd. Testing at this level requires clear ice and a Skate Canada Official Judge. Their entire seasons work was put out on the ice. These five skaters completed 27 tests in total, with 25/27 passed and several with Honours. 🤩

We are pleased to recognize the following skaters on finishing their season strong:

Azaria Sooknanan - Star 7 Skills, Star 6 Freeskate Elements, Ten Fox Dance Pattern, All Star 7 Dance Patterns (3), and Gold Artistic ⭐

Brielle Comeau - European Dance Pattern and Star 9 Artistic

Dawson Raynard - Star 5 Skills, Star 6 and Star 7 Freeskate

Mila Richardson - Star 6 Skills, All Star 6 Dance Patterns (3) and Star 9 Artistic

Natasha Harrington - Star 7 Skills, Killian & Starlight Dance Patterns, and Gold Artistic ⭐

✨ We would like to give an extra special shout out to both Natasha Harrington and Azaria Sooknanan for both obtaining their Gold Level in Artistic, and both achieved with Honours! ✨

Starting the week off with another batch of accomplishments for our Star 1-3 skaters. These tests were completed during the second half of the skate season from January - May.

Elise Grant: Baby Blues Dance pattern, Star 2 Freeskate Elements and Star 4 Skills

Neia Bondal: Dutch Waltz Dance Pattern, Canasta Tango Dance Pattern, Star 2 Freeskate Elements, Star 2 Freeskate Program, and Star 3 Skills - All passed with Gold Honours ⭐️

Evelyn Springer: Star 1 Freeskate Elements, Dutch Waltz Dance Pattern, Star 2 Freeskate Program and Star 2 Skills - All with Gold Honours ⭐️, She also passed Star 1 Dance Elements and Canasta Tango Dance Pattern

Wrapping up the week with another accomplishment! Our star of the month for May!

Natasha Harrington

Natasha has had an incredible season! She successfully completed her Canskate and Regional Coaching Certification with excellence, volunteered at Skate Canada Trophy along side her daughter, decided to give competition one last shot ending with a silver medal finish, and successfully passed 4/4 tests on May 23rd (her entire seasons work). We are happy to also announce her success in obtaining a Gold Level test that was passed with honours! 🤩

A true reminder that age does not define your limitations! The future of our club is looking bright! ⛸️

Post #2 of end of season wrap up! Today’s post is for our April StarSkater of the month!

Julie LeBlanc

Julie is new to the senior Starskate session and has been making some steady progress since her transition! She always has a smile on her face during practice and works hard the entire time she’s on the ice. She also has officially completed all of her Star 1 tests and is officially Star 2! 🤩

Azaria is being recognized for her hard work, dedication and passion this season. In addition to training, she is currently working towards obtaining her Canskate Coaching Certification. Keep up the amazing work Azaria, you’ve had an incredible season! 🤩
