The 2025-26 Phil Adams Leadership award goes to our Captain Jano Zambakdjian who took the reins halfway thru the season. It was after a trade that would see our first half captain dealt to a contender. Jano spent the first half of the season as an Alternate Captain even as a newcomer to the Mariners, showing that leadership right from the start.
